Sunday A.M is Team A. We will be having the Chidren's Ministry Team lead us in their "Family Experience" service at both 9:30 and 11:00 a.m. services.  If you are CG, Lights, or Video Director, please be at the indicated rehearsals this week.

5:45 call for iPraise and dancers and Sound tech, video director, lights and CG

6:15 call for drama - Call Time FOR ALL CREW

6:30 - 7:30 -  full run-thru

 - short break, ipraise and dancers released and 

7:40 - 8:40 the drama team does final run-thru

This Weekend - Team C - And HELP WANTED

This coming Sunday is Team C, however Jim M. can not be here so I am in need of a CG operator or a camera operator. Here is the crew as it stands:

• Camera Operators: Denise and Katie

Sunday Night - 4:00 p.m. - The Bridge Video Shoot

This coming Sunday night we are going to shoot some promotional videos for The Bridge service. I need a full crew because what we want to do is:

1. 4:00-4:30; Video tape and "live switch" an interview between Jamie and Josh in the sanctuary. 
• I need two camera operators for this.
2. About 5:15-5:30; once the band has warmed up we want to video tape a them performing two songs live.
• I need a full crew for this.

We will be shooting these like we would shoot a live service. I will then edit the interview and the live song together for a promo to show people what the service is like. If you can help, please let me know ASAP.

New Fall Teams for Sunday a.m. and The Bridge 7 p.m.

I am working on the new fall tech teams rotations. But I also will need to develop a team for the new Sunday Night 7:00 p.m. Service, known as The Bridge. I do not want to abuse anyone and have them all day if I can avoid it. So I propose a few options.

Things you need to know:

• The leadership team for the service would like this service to be one big team that serves together, so we will have regular meetings with the band, singers, tech, etc. at 6:30 SHARP.
• I STRONGLY encourage all team members to come to rehearsal which would be on Sunday afternoons at 5 p.m.  We will do a complete rehearsal with lights, sound, and video. Then I believe we'll have some sort of dinner solution for the team.
• I want to work up to a three week rotation like Sunday a.m., but that might not be possible initially. 
• The first The Bridge service will be September 19, but I will want to have the new tech team practice at some of the band practices.

Here are the ways you can help with the new service:

1. You may choose to switch to serving on a The Bridge rotation instead on Sunday a.m.
2. If you are NOT currently serving with tech, consider joining The Bridge team.
3. If you have the energy and want to keep it straight and serve all on one day -- a.m. and p.m. -- I can do that. We can plan some group activities such as training over lunch or in the afternoon before rehearsal. (Which I may do anyway.)
4. You can serve on the Sunday a.m. team one Sunday, on The Bridge team the next Sunday, and be off on the third Sunday.
5. You can serve at The Bridge every Sunday night. 

I trust that you are all grown ups and can decide what you are capable of. But if you commit to too much initially, and need to scale back, please fell comfortable saying something to me.

Training and Volunteer Opportunity Monday

This Coming Monday May 3, from 6-9 p.m., I will be shooting a video forour 5/23 night worship service. We will be talking to people about the Holy Spirit's work in their lives. If you're interested in learning the behind the scenes of a video shoot, please let me know. We will be shooting in the Sanctuary classrooms S1&2.

If you are available for the set-up time, that will be from 3-4 p.m. Please text or e-mail me if you can and are interested in helping.

It is preferable that you are involved from the beginning to the end of the shoot time. It would be hard to arrive late, for fear of interuption. But if you are late, please stay in the hall until we have a breaking point, and watch for someone to come out of the room.

I would also appreciate help tearing down the equipment.

Just wanted to say thank you for the worship on Sunday. We are church members and we are stationed in Germany right now (as civilians). I am having hard time right now and I just emailed Vicki and wrote that if the worship was food, I'd say it had hit the spot. I am 34 and had a biopsy of three nodules on my thyroid on Friday. As a mom of two little girls and I am really worried and your worship really helped yesterday.
