Wednesday Service, March 28

Tomorrow there is normal Wednesday service. Please come and help out if you can.

People of Passion Crew Confirmation

The rehearsal call times are Tuesday March 27 & Wednesday March 28 at 7:00. PLUS  The performances will be Sunday April 1 at 9:00 & 11:00 AM, call time of 8:15 AM. Please verify that you are available. The most important rehearsal is Wednesday, but please let me know if you will be missing any rehearsals.

Maundy Thursday, April 5

During Holy Week, we have no Wednesday service, but we do have Maundy Thursday at 7:30 pm. Please be here no later that 7:00 pm the serve at the service.

Easter Sunday, April 8

If you are on the regular crew for Sunday April 8 (Team C; Katie, Sue, Jason), please try to attend the rehearsal on Wednesday April 4 at 7:30 pm.

First, here is the tentative People of Passion crew and positions. The rehearsal call times are Tuesday March 27 & Wednesday March 28 at 7:00. PLUS An additional Monday March 26 rehearsal for Directors. The performances will be Sunday April 1 at 9:00 & 11:00 AM, call time of 8:15 AM. Please verify that you are available. Argh! I forgot about the lighting day!

The lighting work is STILL ON for this Sunday afternoon. Please Meet in the
Narthex at 1:00 PM to help. If you want to go to lunch with me and others,
find me after the service lets out, and we'll run to Subway or something.

The priority project is first to change the "back" projector bulb. Then we
will work on the lights above the stage.

Crew For Sunday March 11, 2007 - HELP!!

Here is the preliminary crew for this upcoming Sunday, March 11. Jim is in a drama, so he will not be available. I need a lighting director for this Sunday, if anyone is available.

This Sunday is also bell Sunday. So we will either need extra camera operators, or someone will be moving from camera to camera for parts of the service. I am returning the "borrowed" camera Tuesday morning, so we will be using my camcorders to supplement this weekend. And as of right now, I have NO CAMERA OPERATOR for 11 AM.

This weekend is a good weekend to come in and learn a position you don't know, and/or bring a friend!

Golf Tournament Video Help

This Saturday is the Music Golf Tournament. If you are interested in help shoot, or learning to shoot, please e-mail me. And plan on meeting at church to carpool/caravan at 11:30 am. You'll get lunch at the course. You'll be done between 4 and 5 pm, at the latest. I can bring more than one camera, if there are enough people interested.

Extra Crew Info - Time Changes This Sunday

This Sunday you must remember to "Spring Ahead" your clock! In other words, please don't arrive at 8:30 instead of 7:30!

As an incentive, all who arrive early (7:00) will have pancakes on me!
