Sunday A.M. Crew Rotation

I am sorry for not getting the rotation out - nothing new, I know. I offer
some new options:

* If you would like to serve either more often, or not at all three
services, your only positions will be camera or may "apprentice" CG, Video
Director, or Lighting - subject to availability and crew "fullness."
* If you wish to be a Video Director, or CG Operator, you must be at
all three services.
* If you are CG, Video Director, or Lighting Director, you must be
early enough to check out your cue sheet notes before 7:30 talk through.
This way you can look for items which you might have questions on and I can
answer them during talk through.

Please e-mail me ASAP to sign up. Remember to note which services you are
available, or if you want to be "on" more often. The three week rotation,
and tentative teams are below:

* Team B - April 13 - Jim, Jay, Mark
* Team C - April 20 - Katie, Sue
* Team A - April 27 - Andrew, Ralph, and Mike Mc

Other Crews

Help is also needed with "The Rock" and Children's ministry events on Sunday
morning, as well as Wednesday afternoon and evenings. If you have a passion
for serving and building up these young volunteers, please call me.

New Opportunity!

The Music department and I are looking for a few more "Event Techs" to
assist with programs and meetings that may require additional support from
our areas. Job responsibilities may include:

* Turning on and operating sound system
* Turning on and/or setting up a video projector and related equipment
* Tearing down and putting away any of the above equipment or systems

An example might be coming in and setting up the chapel projector and sound
system for a group to watch a DVD on Saturday a.m. Training will be
required. Dates for training will be set soon.

Crew for Sunday April 6 - Team A

Sorry for not publishing the rotation, but I need to add a few names to the
list. Here is the normal A crew:

So clearly we will be short this week. Anyone is invited to serve at any and
all services. Please be in the booth 30 minutes prior to the service you
wish to serve at to check in and get a look at the cue sheet.

We need a couple more to help, with Cam and/or CG. ND we will need someone
to cover Sue on lights at Just 11.

Don Moen Concert

I still need more crew for Don Moen. Please confirm or sign up. The most
current list of crew is:

So we definitely need a few more crew. I am renting a little bit nicer
camera, and I want to run four cameras, if we have enough crew. DON'T FORGET
REHEARSAL is at 2 pm on Saturday!

Lighting Work

I also am going to do some lighting work and work on other equipment at 10
am on Saturday. The following have already signed up:

That is enough, but if I get more, we can split into teams to work on some
other tasks.

Crew For Easter Sunday - We still need help

Tonight, Tuesday, and tomorrow, Wednesday, are rehearsals for Easter Sunday,
at 7 and 7:30 respectively. So far, I believe I have the following for
crew.

We still need more help for this Sunday. Even if you can't make one of the
rehearsals, I need to know that you can be here on Sunday. (This Sunday
would normally have been Team B: Jim, Jay and Mark,)

And Don't Forget Don Moen!

Rehearsal for Don Moen will be at 2 pm on Saturday March 29. Please be here
at 1:30 for position assignments and directions.

Crew For March 16 - Palm Sunday

Thanks to those who volunteered for the Palm Sunday Services. I thought we
were able to accomplish a lot last night with the graphics, lighting design,
and choice of camera shots.

The crew will be as follows:

* Camera 1: Mike P.
* Camera 2: Denise
* Camera 3: Andrew

Please remember that the regularly scheduled Team A is off, and the special
team will be required for all three services.

And don't forget that NEXT Tuesday and Wednesday are rehearsals for Easter!

Help Needed!

If you would like to be in any director position, please pick up a "One
Lord-One Faith" CD to listen to in order to prepare for Palm Sunday and
Easter. I am also looking for creative input on all the songs for both
weeks. E-mail or call me with your thoughts on particular songs. We need to
choose whether we will do IMAG or not, and if not, what type of visual would
you like to see.

Don Moen will probably be mostly IMAG.

Crew For Sunday March 9

This coming Sunday, March 9, is team C: Sue, Denise and Christian. Katie
will not be available, and I need a fill-in for her. This leaves us with
lots of openings. Please reply ASAP.

Crew For Sunday February 10 - Holy Week Crew Invitation!

This Sunday is Team B. Sunday is Jay, Mark and Denise. I need a lighting
director, please! Jim will not be available due to the Commission of Stephen
Ministers at the service.

ALSO Look ahead and mark your calendars. I am taking sing up for Holy week
and the Special Don Moen concert. Here are the details:

Crew for Sunday January 6, 2008!

Thanks to Jim, Jay, Mark, Christian and Jared for doing a fantastic Job
while I was gone! Katie and I really appreciate it!

This Sunday, Dan will give the sermon he was scheduled to give last Sunday,
but was unable to due to illness. Katie and I are back, but we could use
possibly one extra crew member at 11:00 to cover Sue.
