• Video Op: OPEN <-MUCH MORE IMPORTANT THAN USUAL!!

Video op. is more important than usual because we will be recording to multiple formats/vcrs, etc. Also, we will have video playback. If you are on the list and can't make all the rehearsal, please let me know. See here.

Work Day For People of Passion

Monday, April 17 will be set up day. If you can come in the afternoon to help, please let me know. We need to set up the cameras, run cables, and hang lights. The last will be the most work since we will need to set up the scaffolding.

Crew For March 26, 2006 (Team C)

Below are the crew positions for March 26, 2006. This Sunday, the Lighthouse group will be playing 15 minutes before the 9:30 service, so we will need to be in place extra early. They also asked for some lyrics to be displayed just as they are ending. So even CG has to be in place early.

People of Passion Crew Call!

I know you've been waiting for it, so here it is. If you are interested in serving at the "People of Passion" musical. Please let me know ASAP. Below are the dates for rehearsals and performances.

 

Rehearsals

• Monday April 17, 7:00 PM - REQUIRED FOR DIRECTOR POSITIONS ONLY.
• Tuesday, April 18, 7:00 PM - First Dress rehearsal. All crew required.
• Wednesday, April19, 7:30 PM - Final dress rehearsal. All crew required.

Performances

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday; April 21, 22, 23

Performances are at 7:30 PM, but, there will be an hour of "prelude" music that we will want to archive on video. Which makes the call time for the crew 6:00 pm for the first night. We may push the call time to 6:45 on the second two nights.

 

This will be the most complex service we've ever done. Here are the tentative open crew positions.

Crew For Sunday March 12, 2006

This Sunday features the Bell Choir at 8 & 11:00. Camera 3 will be positioned to shoot them. Camera 2 may also end up upstairs because I have to tear it down for a wedding this weekend. I also have to take the camera to shoot the Golf Tournament on Saturday. I have also re-attached the lens adapter on Camera 3 that allows it to zoom in closer.
