Call for volunteer renewals - DRAFT

This Sunday is Team B

Jim, Jay, Mark - We could please use a few more, thanks!

Sunday A.M. Crew Rotation

I am sorry for not getting the rotation out - nothing new, I know. I offer
some new options:

* If you would like to serve either more often, or not at all three
services, your only positions will be camera or may "apprentice" CG, Video
Director, or Lighting - subject to availability and crew "fullness."
* If you wish to be a Video Director, or CG Operator, you must be at
all three services.
* If you are CG, Video Director, or Lighting Director, you must be
early enough to check out your cue sheet notes before 7:30 talk through.
This way you can look for items which you might have questions on and I can
answer them during talk through.

Please e-mail me ASAP to sign up. Remember to note which services you are
available, or if you want to be "on" more often. The three week rotation,
and tentative teams are below:

* Team B - April 13 - Jim, Jay, Mark
* Team C - April 20 - Katie, Sue
* Team A - April 27 - Andrew, Ralph, and Mike Mc

Other Crews

Help is also needed with "The Rock" and Children's ministry events on Sunday
morning, as well as Wednesday afternoon and evenings. If you have a passion
for serving and building up these young volunteers, please call me.

New Opportunity!

The Music department and I are looking for a few more "Event Techs" to
assist with programs and meetings that may require additional support from
our areas. Job responsibilities may include:

* Turning on and operating sound system
* Turning on and/or setting up a video projector and related equipment
* Tearing down and putting away any of the above equipment or systems

An example might be coming in and setting up the chapel projector and sound
system for a group to watch a DVD on Saturday a.m. Training will be
required. Dates for training will be set soon.

Crew for Sunday April 6 - Team A

Sorry for not publishing the rotation, but I need to add a few names to the
list. Here is the normal A crew:

So clearly we will be short this week. Anyone is invited to serve at any and
all services. Please be in the booth 30 minutes prior to the service you
wish to serve at to check in and get a look at the cue sheet.
