Hello everyone! There are lots of opportunities coming up. Most urgently is
I need just a couple more crew members to help with the Advent festival
service this coming Saturday. The following have already signed up for the
Advent Festival Service:
* Andrew
* Denise
* Katie
* Christian
And the Lighting work will only happen if I get a few more hands, too. Jared
and I want to change the gel colors on the lights to something more seasonal
- green and maybe a gold or something.
I also am still filling out the crew for the December 9 Musical. We need
help no matter what position(s) you work. I will assign appropriately. The
following people have already signed up for the December 9 Musical:
* Andrew
* Denise
* Sue
* Katie
* Jared
Here is the list of other upcoming events.
* November 28, Wednesday 7:30 pm "Imagine" Rehearsal.
* Lighting Director and Producer and CG REQUIRED to attend.
* Video Director STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend.
* December 1 lighting work - 9 am -12 noon-ish. Re-gel lights on/above
stage. Maybe in "front" if time.
* December 1 Advent Festival Service - 6:30-7:00 pm (6:15 call time)
Need a full crew to videotape the event.
* December 4-5 rehearsals for "Imagine" - 7:30-9:??. 7:00 call time.
Full crew required to attend.
* December 9 musical performances at 9:30 and 11:00 am.
* Also need crew for Christmas Eve Services, Monday, December 24
* Rehearsals TBD
* 5:30 Family Service (Call Time 5:00)
* 7:30 Choir/Orchestra (Call Time 7:00) And If a couple could stay to
set up for the bell service after, thanks!
* 11:00 Bell Choir, Organ and hymns (Call Time 10:30)
* December 30 - Stuart on Vacation
* I need to make sure we have a full crew for this service to cover my
absence
I will be working on getting up to six weeks ahead with all of you, so that
you can spread the word through regular contact with your team and other
potential volunteers.
