Help needed this Saturday morning, etc.

I would still like some crew for this coming Saturday’s training event. There is a dance and some other “special music” that we’d like to do IMAG (cameras on screen) for. But so far I only have two, including myself. We need another video director or CG operator, AND another camera operator AND lighting to pull it off. Please e-mail me ASAP if you can help. This would be a great way to serve our fellow Methodist churches.

Here are the4 details again:

Saturday January 16, 9-Noon – District Leadership Training

Event features songs by out team with lower thirds, a guest a-capella quartet, and a dance.

  • Saturday, January 16, 8:00-9:00 a.m. sound checks, rehearsal (?)
  • Saturday, 8:55-10 a.m. Worship service in our sanctuary

Sunday, January 17 - Tech Team A

  • Lighting Director: Andrew Fuller

Help Wanted - Sunday Night, January 31 – 6:30-9:00 p.m. Worship Concert

A full crew is needed for CG, lights and IMAG. The first event was much better attended than (I) expected and I did not have a crew. I admit my mistake. Please sign up ASAP.

  • Rehearsal, Wednesday, January 27, 7:30 during regular choir rehearsal. (Tentative, extras rehearsal may come)
  • Sunday, January 31, 6:30- 9-ish p.m. Concert (with prelude) Call time 6:00 p.m.
