Greetings from Tennessee! Thank you to everyone who helped on Sunday, February 18! Jared said there were a few snafus, but it all worked out. Katie and I will be back for services this Sunday. Here are the crew assignments:

Crew For Sunday February 18 and Wednesday February 21

Katie and I will be gone this coming week. With that in mind, here are crew assignments for the week. I need to know immediately if there is a problem (i.e., you can’t do 11 and it isn’t noted).

Wednesday, February 21, 2007 – Ash Wednesday

Here are the Tentative Names for Wednesday. If you are NOT available, please let me know ASAP. Students please note that Michael will not have normal “upstairs” program this day, so please help out in the sanctuary.

I also need people to volunteer to help extra on Sunday, February 18 (Team B), and Wednesday February 21 (Ash Wednesday). Katie and I will be out of town. Please reply and let me know that you can help with one of these days ASAP. STUDENTS: Michael plans on attending the Ash Wednesday Service instead of regular Wednesday night program, I think. So this would be a good week for you guys to help out in the sanctuary booth.

Music Golf Tournament:

Saturday, March 10 is the Golf Tournament. If you would like to help shoot it (video) please let me know.

Lighting Work Day:

The lighting work day os still on for March 11. Please let me know if you can help

Lighting Work Day - Sunday March 11, 1-5 pm

With the approaching events of Holy Week, April 1-8, and the newly installed lighting circuits on the stage (Thanks, Jason!!), some changes to the lighting are in order. Nothing nearly as major as the last lighting day. We will re-aim and re-gel the lights above the choir loft, make some changes to the "up-lights" on the stage, and possibly re-gel the "front" colors. Please RSVP with me as soon as possible. All ages are invited to help, even if you don't currently serve with Technical Arts. Please forward this to friends who want to help.

A follow-up work day is scheduled for Monday March 12, 6:30-9:00 pm, if needed.
