Christmas Luau Tech List

Hey gang!

Anyone that can help on Sunday morning & afternoon to gather up and move gear to the B&G Club for The Student Ministries Luau would be greatly appreciated. Check in with me or Mike. Below is the list of gear we need to collect from each location. It will also help us get most of it put back. Some of it will NOT go back where it came from (Trees and pars from chapel). We will have someone run out and pick up lunch for everyone who helps.

 

Chapel

-Par can lights

-Projector and power cord (don't need cart)

Sanctuary Mechanical Closet (Upstairs)

-Short light poles

-Box of gels

-Extension Cords

 

Sanctuary Booth

-Gels from lighting desk

-Panasonic Camera and Tripod and case

-Stuart's Camera (HVR-A1U) and tripod and case

 

Sanctuary Choir Room

Youth/B&G Shed

-Tote with rope

-Tote of cable/cords

-Screen motor controller

-Extension Cords

 

Gym

-Drum Kit

-Spare direct boxes?
